                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1708
                   GUNBARREL ROAD, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF
                   GUNBARREL ROAD NORTHEAST OF ZEIGLER ROAD, FROM
                   R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE ZONE,
                   SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 1708 Gunbarrel Road
                being on the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road
                northeast of Zeigler Road.  Part of Tract 2,
                Resubdivision of Pinewood Acres, as shown by plat
                of record in Plat Book 15, Page 70, ROHC; being the
                property described in deed book 4542, page 856,
                ROHC.  Tax Map No. 159H-B-21.
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Subject to Growth Corridor Development Standards.
        
              2.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
